Iza has a genuine passion for helping others achieve financial confidence. After attending a financial planning meeting for her parents—who are clients at Pioneer Wealth Management Group—she was inspired by the clarity and empowerment they gained from the experience. That moment sparked her interest in financial planning and led her to pursue a career in the field, hoping that she too could empower others.
In her current role as a client service associate, Iza is learning from seasoned financial planners, absorbing knowledge, and honing the skills that will allow her to become a financial planner herself in the future. Her commitment to helping others is rooted in her belief that everyone deserves a strong understanding of their financial picture and the tools to achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Iza enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and spending time outdoors (when it’s not too hot). She believes in the importance of personal growth, and in her downtime, she enjoys learning and developing skills that help her both personally and professionally, including studying for the CFP(R).
