Career Description

Provide outstanding client service by assisting the staff with day to day client needs. This position is a key in ensuring our clients receive timely and accurate information and action.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Process operational transactions / data input as needed.
  • Research complex situations and define the actions necessary to resolve needs. Assume ownership of an inquiry and see it through to a timely and efficient resolution.
  • Provide regular feedback to the team to improve both the advisor and client experience.
  • Communicate operational and financial industry policies and procedures.
  • Leverage technology to provide business solutions.
  • Exercise excellent business judgment in researching and resolving complex issues.


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and web based applications.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and attributes
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Able to learn complex information and technology at a fast pace.
  • Accurate attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in a financial services or similar setting.
  • Working toward or currently hold a bachelors degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
